By accessing or using the website at x24tech.com, or by engaging X24 Technologies for engineering assessments, software development, or consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
X24 Technologies provides software engineering consulting, .NET application development, SQL Server performance optimization, ETL pipelines, and AI automation. Specific engineering engagements (such as our Application Performance Review or custom software projects) are governed by mutually agreed Statements of Work (SOW) defining deliverables, timelines, access prerequisites, and pricing.
Unless otherwise agreed in an explicit written Statement of Work, upon full payment for completed milestones or deliverables, 100% of all custom source code, documentation, and configuration scripts created specifically for the client transfer to the client. X24 Technologies retains ownership of its pre-existing proprietary tools, libraries, and general engineering know-how.
For diagnostic reviews, performance evaluations, or development work, the client agrees to provide necessary staging environment access, database traces, or documentation in a timely manner. Clients are responsible for maintaining backups of all production systems and databases before granting diagnostic or development access.
All fixed-scope engineering engagements include a 30-day post-delivery bug-fix warranty for defects arising directly within the agreed scope. Except where prohibited by law, X24 Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use custom software or optimizations.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Bangalore, Karnataka, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
